REQUEST FOR BID
The Board of School Directors of the Upper Darby School District, Upper Darby, Delaware County will receive sealed bids for:
Food Service Vehicle
at the Office of the Secretary of the School District, 4611 Bond Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026, on or before 10:00 a.m.,
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2017
at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read. All bids must be in writing, signed and sealed by the bidders. The form of bid and all necessary information must be obtained by the bidders from the Office of the Secretary prior to the submission of the bids and all bids must be in accordance therewith. Any bids not in accordance with these requirements may be rejected.
The Upper Darby School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.

Vendors: Please note that you must always download the General Instructions and Signature Page for each bid, as all submissions must include the cover page of the general instructions along with a signature page that is signed and notarized in order to be considered. Failure to submit a complete bid package in the format outlined in the general instructions may result in the bidder being designated as non-responsive. Vendors submitting multiple bids for advertised specs may submit only one year to date catalogue.
As part of the District's “GREEN” initiative we ask that when submitting responses you only return bid sheets that contain pricing information. Please return your package with two-sided copies.
