What would you like to do?

To obtain an application, fill out the fields below. The School District will send your information to Delaware County to generate an application. Please allow 60 days for processing.

Please fill out the form below to receive a payment receipt. Please allow 5 business days for processing.

Duplicate bill information

If you would like to remove a deceased owners' name from the tax bill:

-- Fax a signed request with copy of death certificate to the Board of Assessment Office at (610) 891-4883

Or

-- Mail a signed request with copy of death certificate to:

          Delaware County Courthouse

          Attn: Assessment Office

          Government Center Building

          201 West Front Street

          Media, PA 19063

If you would like to change the mailing address on the tax bill:

  • 2011-2012 Millage Rate $31.73
  • (Per $1,000 assessed value)
  • 2011 Homestead Exclusion $312.64
  • If your 2011 tax bill has a Homestead exclusion, you DO NOT need to re-apply in 2012.
