Upper Darby School is mandated to follow the procedures as per 21-13-1332, set forth in the Pennsylvania School Code of 1949. Upper Darby School District must also follow the mandates of 24-PS-13-1326, 24-PS 13-1327, 24-PS 13-1333, 24-PS 13-1338, 24-PS 13-1354, 42-PS 1520, 42-PS 6303, 42-PS-6302 of the Pennsylvania School Code of 1949, as well as any other Sections of the Code that may apply.
