Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Vanessa Unger-Haydinger
Welcome! This is my fourth year at Beverly Hills Middle School teaching our ELL students. I love learning more about the cultures of our many students and the countries each of them are from. I also coach our girls field hockey and softball teams.
I have a Bachelors of Science from La Salle University in business administration (Go Explorers!), my Masters in Education from Alvernia University, and my ESL Certification from Pennsylvania University. I have been teaching ELL students since 2004. I began in the Reading School District, then moved to the Pottstown School District, and now consider Upper Darby School District my teaching home.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family, and two dogs. I love to travel, try new foods, and spend as much time outdors. I look forward to teaching your child and helping them become more fluent with the English language.
Fall conferences will be on Monday, November 19th and Tuesday, November 20th. On Monday there will be conferences during the afternoon and evening. Tuesday will only have afternoon conferences. All conferences will be held in Mrs. Vanessa Unger-Haydinger's classroom, Room 25. Please sign up for conferences using this link: https://goo.gl/forms/nn6OBhHSLOz7UbJL2.
