Welcome to the 2019 / 2020 school year.
Learning in the classroom will be filled with many types of activities. Maintaining an interactive notebook, as well as balancing independent learning activities with cooperative group and partner activities will help to engage students' learning at the highest levels. Immersing in fiction and nonfiction literature selections will give ample opportunity for close reading, critical thinking, and written expression. It is my goal that all students will experience joy in their learning and will increase their knowledge and skills in Language Arts.
This week in Language Arts class brings a wrap up of the "Stray" selection.
