Alyse Gonzalez received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from West Chester University, and a Masters in Education and Administrative Certification from Cabrini University. She has spent her entire career working in the Upper Darby School District, teaching various grade levels at Aronimink, Walter M. Senkow, and Bywood Elementary Schools. For the last four years, she was an ELA instructional coach, serving teachers and students throughout the district. She is truly passionate about teaching and is a dedicated lifelong learner.

She is a mother to two beautiful children, Sophia (4 years) and Mila (1.5 years). They love to hear about their mommy's work and are excited to come play on the new playground at Hillcrest Elementary. Her children are her world!

This new school year begins a new chapter in her career as the Assistant Principal of Hillcrest Elementary School and she is thrilled to continue growing as an educator within the Upper Darby School District. She truly believes teachers and students flourish when they are supported with actionable and timely feedback, high-quality resources, and opportunities for growth. Ms. Gonzalez encourages all Hillcrest Elementary School families to join her in supporting a culture of Excellence by actively participating in their child's educational experience. She considers it a great honor to work with the Hillcrest Elementary community of dedicated teachers, involved parents, and diverse learners. She looks forward to working with Principal Campbell to enhance the school community and academic success of all teachers and students.
