Registration Process & FAQs

WHEN SHOULD I REGISTER?
As soon as possible. Winter tryouts start on November 14. In order to guarantee that your registration has been completed and approved, you must sign up by Monday, November 10. The earlier you register, the quicker we can review the registration and help you fix any errors or omissions. Your registration will not be approved until it is filled out correctly and completely. 
 
 
HOW DO I REGISTER?
If you are planning to join a spring sport, you must sign up on FamilyID (Arbiter Registration). Please follow these steps:
 

  1. Go to FamilyID by clicking the link above.

  2. Select the sport(s) you wish to try out for and fill out the registration form.

  3. Upload a photo of your PIAA sports physical in the Participant Information section. Make sure it is dated and that a full, non-blurry photo is clearly visible on the screen.

  4. Double-check your signatures in the Agreements section. Make sure a parent/guardian signs the fields marked 'Parent/Guardian' and a student signs the fields marked 'Student'.

  5. When you have finished filling out the form, click 'Continue'.

  6. On the next page, click 'Submit'.

  7. Check the status of your registration by signing into FamilyID (Arbiter Registration) and clicking on the Registrations tab in the menu. Your registration must be marked 'Approved' in order to try out! If there is a problem with your registration, the status will be marked with 'Corrections Required' and an email will be sent to the account owner with a description of what needs to be fixed. You can also ask Ms. Kramer in the Athletic Department office to explain any issues. 

*If you do not complete this process, you will not be allowed to try out for any spring sport. You must check in at the Athletic Office to make sure your registration has been approved.
