APPROVAL AND AWARD OF GUARANTEED ENERGY SERVICES AGREEMENT

BY UPPER DARBY SCHOOL DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given pursuant to provisions of the Pennsylvania Public School Code of 1949 as amended, Pennsylvania Sunshine Act of 1986, July 3, P.L. 388 No. 84, as amended and Guaranteed Energy Savings Projects, Act 57 of 1998, Act 77 of 2004, Act 39 and Act 163 of 2016 in Title 62, Chapter 37, Subchapter E, that the Board of School Directors of the Upper Darby School District will, at a Regular School Board Meeting of the Board of School Directors to be held on March 10, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Administration Building located at 8201 Lansdowne Avenue in Upper Darby, PA 19082 to take action to consider the approval and acceptance of an Initial Guaranteed Energy Savings Agreement and Amendment from Reynolds Energy Services, Inc., d/b/a SitelogIQ Energy Services, Inc. (“ESCO”).  Scopes of work in this portion of the Guaranteed Energy Savings Project includes providing emergency generators and related equipment for various sites in the District and pre-purchasing of select mechanical equipment for the Upper Darby High School.  Installation of the mechanical equipment at the Upper Darby High School will occur through amendment. The proposal to be accepted by the Board and the agreement between the ESCO and the Board provide that the lump sum cost of the initial agreement and amendment (if needed) shall not exceed $4,000,000.  Members of the public are invited to attend the Regular Action Board Meeting as permitted by law.

Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH)

BACKGROUND AND PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Upper Darby School District (the “District”) recently acquired the Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) property located at: 501 N. Lansdowne Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026

The District is currently evaluating future use of the facility, which may include demolition of certain structures and/or renovation of others.

Prior to any demolition or construction activity, the District must identify, document, and properly plan for the removal of environmental hazardous materials in compliance with all applicable federal and Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) regulations.

The selected firm will serve as the District’s environmental consultant through survey, documentation, and project completion phases.
