Request for Proposals (RFP): Title I Services
Upper Darby School District (UDSD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the selection of an organization to provide Title I services for non-public schools that serve eligible children resident in UDSD. RFP documents can be obtained electronically on the UDSD website, www.upperdarbysd.org, by selecting the “Departments” tab, then the “Business Office” tab, then “Bids/ Proposals,” and finally, “Requests for Bid/ Proposal Specifications.” No formal pre-proposal meeting is currently planned, but all questions will be answered and additional information provided on written request to Ms. Wendy Elgart at welgart@upperdarbysd.org. Questions must be submitted to Ms. Elgart no later than 3 p.m. local time on August 25, 2025. Answers will be provided in an addendum posted on UDSD’s website no later than 5 p.m. local time on August 26, 2025. Sealed proposals marked “Title I Services Proposal” are due at 10 a.m. local time on August 28, 2025, to Mrs. Maureen Williams at 8201 Lansdowne Ave., Upper Darby, PA 19082.
