Track Your Child’s School Bus with the WheresTheBus™ App

Upper Darby School District school buses are equipped with GPS technology that allows families to track their child’s bus in real time using the WheresTheBus™ app. This free app provides accurate arrival times and helps our Transportation Department manage routes more efficiently.

To get started:

  1. Visit WheresTheBus.com to create an account. You’ll need your child’s birth date and UDSD student ID number.
  2. If you have multiple children who ride the bus, you can add them all during registration.
  3. Download the WheresTheBus™ app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  4. Open the app on your smartphone or tablet to begin tracking your child’s bus once the school year begins.

We encourage all bus-riding families to take advantage of this convenient tool to stay informed and connected throughout the school year.
