Delinquent Taxes

The 2026 Upper Darby School Taxes are considered delinquent if not paid in full by January 31, 2027.   The Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau is the collector of delinquent school tax debt.  In April 2027, you will receive correspondence from the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau which will inform you how to make payment on your debt.
