My name is Ms.Carroll and I am the K-5 Multiple-Disabilities Support Teacher at Westbrook Park Elementary School.  I am super excited to be joining the Westbrook Park School family this year!  I recieved my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Millersville University.  Prior to attending Millersville University, I graduated from the Upper Darby School District.  I am excited to be back in my home district teaching in a field that I am passionate about.
