Hello!  My name is Mrs. McCormick and I am the ESL teacher at Highland Park Elementary School.  This is my 10th year working for the Upper Darby School District.  I also have taught for Elwyn Institutes, Penn Delco School District, Interboro School District and Radnor School District.  I taught RTI for 6 years at Charles Kelly Elementary School and ESL for two years at Drexel Hill Middle School.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Reading from West Chester University.  I obtained my ESL Program Specialist Certification in 2015.  I have taught students from many different countries around the world and I continue to meet students from some new countries here in the Upper Darby School District.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
