Thank you for visiting my webpage. I have been teaching health and Physical Education since 1994 and have been at Upper Darby high School since 2004. I love being involved in promoting fitness, coaching, and motivating students to improve themselves in all areas. My father is in Villanova's Hall of Fame so I was raised in a family that valued education, sports, and fitness. I had an outstanding coach in high school that inspired me to enter this profession because I loved what it did for my self-esteem. My hope is that through my teaching and coaching, I will be able to positively impact the lives of many students.
