    Anna Marie DiLossi holds a Master’s degree in Education (Reading K-12) from Arcadia University, a Master’s of Education (Special Education) from Arcadia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from St. Joseph’s University. Mrs. DiLossi holds professional educator certifications in Educational Leadership PK-12, Reading PK-12, Mid-Level English 6-9, and Autism Endorsement.

     

    Mrs. DiLossi has served the Upper Darby School District in several capacities for the past sixteen years. She is currently holding the position of the Principal of the Kindergarten Center. Before this position, she served as the Assistant Principal for Westbrook Park Elementary School, District Instructional Reading Coach for Grades 3 – 5, Lead Teacher for Hillcrest Elementary School, Interim Assistant Principal of Beverly Hills Middle School, Interim Lead Teacher for Garrettford Elementary School, RtII Specialist for Aronimink Elementary and Literacy/RtII coach for Drexel Hill Middle School.

     

    Mrs. DiLossi is a dedicated lifelong learner and is excited to join the Kindergarten Center Team. Her vision is to continue serving the Upper Darby School District by providing a supportive climate and culture conducive to teaching and learning. By doing so, each individual student will experience growth to their highest potential. She is privileged to lead the Kindergarten Center with the many talented teachers and staff who share this vision! 

     

    On a personal note, Mrs. DiLossi and her husband, Cosmo, are blessed to be the parents of three exceptional children: Gabriella, Amelia, and Luca. She has the same expectations for them as her students, whom she loves as if they were her own. She wants to see them excel and become productive human beings who have ample opportunity to become whatever they want to be when they grow up.
