Cynthia Milord is the proud Assistant Principal of Charles Kelly Elementary School. She obtained her undergraduate degree of Early Education and Special Education K-4th from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Cynthia taught 2nd and 4th grades at Highland Park Elementary for many years.

She then became Lead Teacher at Hillcrest Elementary School for a few years after. Cynthia also received her Master’s degree of Educational Leadership from St. Joseph’s University. St. Joe’s is snuggled in the neighborhood of Overbook in Philadelphia, which is also home to Cynthia where she currently resides with dozens of her plants! 

Cynthia is very passionate about Restorative Practice and Equity. She works very hard to make sure that these practices are implemented every day with her students and staff. She is also very proud of the diversity that Upper Darby has to offer. She is Haitian-American and speaks two languages, so she feels right at home. Outside of school, Cynthia enjoys reading, swimming, yoga, and taking care of her plants.
