Welcome to Garrettford Elementary School, “A Great Place To Grow” and a nationally recognized School of Excellence. I am extremely impressed by the family atmosphere that exists here at Garrettford. I am honored to be the principal at a school that I love and that is so rich in history. All segments of the school community have demonstrated their willingness to do whatever is necessary to give our students a great education. We continually challenge our students to push their limits and take risks. We want our students to be lifelong learners and pursue their dreams. We are committed to providing a caring environment where each child is nurtured and recognized for their individual abilities and traits.
 
Our staff continually goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each student. They are committed to making Garrettford a positive place to be for each and every student. We have an extremely veteran staff that strives to build powerful relationships with each and every family. The success of our students is built on the partnership we have with our families and the Garrettford community.  I am grateful that we have such an amazing relationship with our community and we will continue to strive to be the type of school that our families can be proud to send their children to. The Home and School Association is a dedicated organization, which supports Garrettford in many ways. There will be several Home and School Association events and meetings throughout the year. The Home and School Association has been extremely charitable in giving necessary resources to Garrettford, so please come out and support them.
