Cameron Bush

Mrs. Bush is the Assistant Principal at Westbrook Park Elementary. She started her career in Haverford School District in 2015 where she began as a K-2 Life Skills teacher. In 2017, she became a first grade teacher where she remained for 7 years. She joined Upper Darby School District in 2023 as the Intake Coordinator for the Special Education Department at UDHS, before returning to the elementary level to become an Assistant Principal in July 2024.
Mrs. Bush received her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Psychology and Autism Studies. She earned her first Master’s Degree from Nazareth College of Rochester in Inclusive Early Childhood Education, and her second Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with principal certification from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is currently a Doctoral Student in the Gwynedd Mercy University Educational Leadership in PK-12 Schools Program with Superintendent Letter of Eligibility. In addition, Mrs. Bush is pursuing an Instructional Leadership Certificate through Harvard Graduate School of Education. Mrs. Bush is a passionate advocate for equitable and inclusive learning experiences for all children, as well as the implementation of equitable family and community engagement practices. Mrs. Bush believes in inspiring a safe and rigorous learning environment in which every child feels authentic belongingness.
Mrs. Bush resides in Delaware County. She is supported by her husband, Bob, and two amazing children, Alexa and Teddy. She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to be joining Mr. Comfort and the school team at Westbrook Park Elementary. She is excited to continue to support our students, families, and educators of Upper Darby in a new capacity!
