Daily Attendance

Daily attendance is mandated by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Our expectation is that your child is present each day. If your child is unable to attend school, you will need to provide an absence note.

You are also encouraged to email your child's teacher. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns you may have. 

Please email shes-attendance@upperdarbysd.org to report an absence.

Include the following information when emailing about an absence:

• Date of absence
• Student's name
• Student's grade level
• The reason for the absence
