• Joshua Rehak's Bio


    Mr. Joshua Rehak is a graduate of the Class of 1999 from Upper Moreland High School in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.  After earning a degree in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Maryland in 2003, he has spent the last 19 years serving within the Upper Darby School District in several different roles.

     

    In 2004, Mr. Rehak found his home at Upper Darby High School, where he taught in the Social Studies Department.  After six years of teaching, he spent 3 years serving as the Lead Teacher within the Freshman Academy at UDHS while completing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University.

     

    After earning his graduate degree, Mr. Rehak gained valuable leadership experience serving as the Assistant Principal of the Freshman Academy at Upper Darby High School from 2013-2017. In November of 2017, he made the leap to Aronimink Elementary School where he continues to serve as their proud principal.

     

    He continues to pride himself on building relationships with students, families, and staff and is an avid supporter of all things Aronimink.  He is supported by his wife, Carla (who is a Class of 1995 UDHS graduate) and his two daughters, Mia and Reese.
