    Mr. Schiller began his teaching career in Applied Physics at Upper Darby High School in the Fall of 2000 after receiving his degree in Earth and Space Science Education from West Chester University.

     

    During the next three years, he obtained his Physics certification and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Joseph's University. In the Fall of 2008, Mr. Schiller was hired as the Upper Darby High School Assistant Principal in charge of administrative operations. His responsibilities included scheduling for the school, testing, and school records. He remained in this position from 2008-2012.

     

    Mr. Schiller transferred to Drexel Hill Middle School in the Fall of 2012, where he currently serves as a grade-level Assistant Principal. His responsibilities include student management, scheduling, and database administration. During his time in the Upper Darby School District, Mr. Schiller has created many lasting relationships with students, teachers, and staff. His experiences have been both challenging and rewarding. The knowledge and skills he has acquired through these experiences have been invaluable.

     

    Mr. Schiller and his wife MaryAnn have been married for 24 years and have two girls, Anna and Margaret. Anna and Margaret are currently attending Loyola University in Maryland.
