    Morning News

    Morning news is meant to give students the opportunity to work together to broadcast the morning news to DH staff and students. Students take on different roles and learn how to use different equipment in order to successfully broadcast live news to the student body.

    Garage Band

    GarageBand Club is open to all 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.  Students are able to explore GarageBand, iMovie, or their own personal projects.

    GarageBand Club takes place in a non-classroom setting with no assignments or deadlines.

     

    You can join the GarageBand Club Remind by texting: @6f9g87c to the number 81010.

    You will receive weekly updates about club meeting times and/or cancellations. 

     

    GarageBand Club meets weekly on Tuesdays  from 3:15 - 4:15 pm in Room 136.

     

    If there is a  conflict, we will meet on Wednesday. 

    LGBTQQ+A Club

    The LGBTQQ & A club will provide a safe and supportive environment for all students, regardless of how they identify. This club will represent the values of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network); the leading national education organization working to create safe schools for ALL students.  

    Usually Mondays 3:30- 4:30


    However, It is not held every Monday, so look out when the next club is happening through the school news and morning announcements. 

           

    DHMS Juggling Club

    The Juggling Club is open to jugglers and non-jugglers. Drop ins are welcome. We also explore related fields like unicycling, poi, hacky sacking, etc.

    Student council works to promote ROYAL pride through planning events to build school spirit.  This allows social interaction with peers while building leadership skills and time management skills.

    Dungeons and Dragons Club

    Students meet as groups to play Dungeons and Dragons together. Dungeon Masters provide a game for player characters to roleplay as fantasy characters in a fun, interactive, and engaging tabletop game. Experience not required.

    Anime Club

    Students meet to watch/discuss anime. We will also do activities like learn how to draw in anime style and share cosplay.

    2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.

    Students will hone drama skills, watch live shows, express themselves, and learn from others in preparation for high school shows and future careers. The primary focus of this club is to have fun!
