Process for Requesting Transcripts/Letters of Graduation

  • To request a transcript or letter of graduation, please download and complete the Transcript/Letter of Graduation Request Form and include the exact address of the school/college/university. 

    Send the $5.00/ transcript requested for payment along with the completed form to:

    Please allow 10 days for the processing of requests. 

    All recent graduates have a one (1) year period to receive a free transcript.

    (e.g: a June 2022 graduate has until June 2023 to receive a free transcript).

     

    Please note that Official Transcripts (with the UD seal) will only be mailed to schools/colleges/universities.  Unofficial Transcripts (without the UD seal) will be mailed to home addresses.

    For letters of graduation, please complete the same information as above.  Payment for letters of graduation is $5.00/ letter.  Send the completed request form and payment to the following address:
