Transcripts / Letters of Graduation

    Process for Requesting Transcripts/Letters of Graduation

     

    To request a transcript or letter of graduation, please download and complete the Transcript/Letter of Graduation Request Form and include the exact address of the school/college to which the transcript should be sent.  Send $5.00 per each transcript requested for payment along with the completed form to the following address:

    Attn: Guidance Office

     

    All recent graduates have a one (1) year period to receive a free transcript (e.g: a June 2016 graduate has until June 2017 to receive a free transcript).

     

    Please note that Official Transcripts (with the UD seal) will only be mailed to schools/colleges/universities.  Unofficial Transcripts (without the UD seal) will be mailed to home addresses.

     

    For additional information related to a transcript request, please call the Guidance Office Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at 610-622-7000 ext. 2307 or send an email to transcriptrequests@upperdarbysd.org.

     

    For letters of graduation, please complete the same information as above.  Payment for letters of graduation is $5.00 per letter.  Send the completed request form and payment to the following address:
