Kate Flanagan has been a part of the Upper Darby School District since 2017, serving in the role of Special Education teacher at the high school and then as the Assistant Principal for Climate and Culture. She is currently one of the Assistant Principals for the Class of 2027. She graduated from West Chester University for her undergraduate degree and received her master's degree in Education Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.

She started her career in public education at Upper Darby High School and loves being a part of the Royals family.  She is a resident of Springfield and has spent her entire life living in Delaware County. She spends her free time reading, hanging out with friends and family, and watching movies.
