6th Grade 

Students build upon the basic fundamentals of music theory through both study and practice.

They will explore classical and contemporary music.

There are three major units throughout the nine-week course:

1.  Fundamentals of Music
2.  Keyboard Lab
3.  American Musical Theater

7th Grade 

General Music students explore the works of historical composers, including Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart.

Students learn music theory and keyboarding skills.
