Robert Yemola has served as the Upper Darby School District’s Controller and Board Treasurer since 2022. Prior to working with the District, Robert was an Audit Supervisor with a public accounting firm where he managed the performance of financial audits of non-profit and governmental entities, including school districts. Robert is a graduate of Juniata College where he received a Bachelors of Finance, and subsequently a Masters of Accounting. In addition, Robert maintains a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in Pennsylvania.

As Controller for the District Robert oversees day to day operations of District’s Business Office, including: payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, and budget monitoring.  Robert enjoys the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals in the Business Office to be stewards of fiscal accountability with the goal of maximizing the impact of every dollar for the students of Upper Darby School District.
