Stephani Church- Varsity Head Coach

Coach Church enters her first season at Upper Darby as the Head Lacrosse Coach. She is also the Head Coach of the Girls Soccer Program at Upper Darby. Coach Church is looking forward to taking over the lacrosse program. Coach Church played soccer at Binghamton University and coached for 3 years at Siena College. She has been involved in coaching youth sports since she was in college. Coach Church's main goal is to create an environment in which all players feel comfortable to push themselves, grow and compete. She is looking forward to this upcoming season!
Jim Pierucci- Junior Varsity Head Coach
Jim has been involved with youth sports for over 20 years. He has coached girls lacrosse, baseball, basketball, and football. He currently is the director of football and the president of the Drexel Hill Raiders A.A. When asked what the best part of coach is for him, Jim said: "getting to know the players and watching them grow and improve through the season." Jim is very excited to be coaching here at Upper Darby!
Christen Keough- Assistant Coach
Coach Keough has been at Upper Darby for fifteen years. She has been one of the Boys Cross Country coaches for the past 3 seasons and she was part of the Girls Lacrosse coaching staff back in 2006, 2007 and 2008. She played lacrosse throughout high school where she earned All-Catholic and All-State recognition in Delaware. She has enthusiasm and love for the game and is really looking forward to working with the girls this season!
JoAnne Foley- Assistant Coach
Coach Foley played lacrosse in high school and during her freshman year at Widener University. Her primary position was goalie. She also has experience playing defense. While at Widener, Coach Foley had the first combined shout in school history. Her career ended due to an injury. In addition to coaching lacrosse, Coach Foley is the JV field hockey coach for the district. She has coached field hockey for two seasons. She knows that she will enjoy coaching lacrosse as much as she enjoys coaching field hockey.
