Four-year certifications are provided by the School District. Certification requests are only accepted by mail at this time.
To obtain a School Tax Certification the requester must provide:
Self-addressed stamped envelope
Check payable to Upper Darby School District.
There is a standard fee of $35.00 per property for this service. All requests made with the $35.00 fee will be returned via a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Rush certifications are available for a $50.00 per property fee.
All $50.00 rush certifications will be returned within 24 - 48 hours of receipt and can be returned either by fax, email or self-addressed stamped envelope.

The tax office does not accept faxed or emailed requests. Payment must be received with the request.
