Vendors: If you wish to receive a copy of a bid specification, please select "Request For Bid Specification" tab; fill in the required information and hit the "Done" button. A PDF copy of the bid will be sent to your email address within 24 hours. When you submit your bid packet, make certain that you sign and notarize as directed on the signature page. Failure to submit a complete bid package in the format outlined in the General Instructions may result in the bidder being designated at non-responsive.
