Christine Kelley, Ed.D.

Dr. Christine Kelley has spent her entire career of 27 years in the Upper Darby School District. She started in the Fall of 1997 as a math teacher at Upper Darby High School teaching courses from Pre-Algebra through Pre-Calculus.
After more than ten years in the classroom, she accepted the role of high school math instructional coach where she supported teachers throughout the math department and those new to education. In 2012, she assumed the responsibilities as the Supervisor of Mathematics, Business, and Technology, overseeing the curriculum, standards, and professional development in these departments.
After three years, she transitioned to her current position as the Director of Curriculum. Today her responsibilities include aligning the curriculum with the Pennsylvania state standards and state assessments, maintaining current curriculum materials and resources, professional development of teachers, and working closely with the directors of elementary and secondary schools.
Before becoming an employee for the school district, she attended Widener University to earn a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and secondary education. Years later, she earned a Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Education Leadership and Curriculum Supervision.
In 2022, Christine Kelley graduated from Immaculata University earning a Doctorate of Education.
