Emily Duncan joined the Upper Darby School District in July 2023 as the Assistant Supervisor of Transportation. Prior to her tenure in the district, she served as a State-certified School Bus Instructor in the School District of Philadelphia. She has also acted as a training coordinator for many bus companies and as an Responsible Party representative for PennDOT's third party examiners. Ms. Duncan values consistency and ensuring everyone on her team has the knowledge and skills to successfully thrive in transportation. Her lifelong vision for her work is to develop a universal transportation program that can be utilized across the industry.
