Salvatore Scinto joined the Upper Darby School District in 2024 as the Supervisor of Arts, Music and Humanities.  Prior to joining the district as an administrator, Mr. Scinto had been an educator in the Performing and Fine Arts for nearly 20 years, holding Elementary, Middle, and High School teaching positions in public and private institutions, including Radnor School District, Gwynedd-Mercy Academy, Upper Darby School District, and Cardinal O'Hara High School.  In addition to his work in the education field, Mr. Scinto has worked professionally as a music performer, director, arranger, and producer. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education at Immaculata University, a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at Villanova University, and a Masters in Educational Leadership at Gwynedd Mercy University. Mr. Scinto holds a certification in Music K-12 and Educational Leadership with Principal Certification K-12.
