Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Daniel P. McGarry, evaluated the performance of Assistant Superintendent of Recruitment, Retention, and Culture, Dr. John I. Council, for the 2023-24 school year.  The evaluation was based on the following agreed upon objective performance standards:

Dr. Council was rated as Proficient for the 2023-2024 school year.
