The Department of Recruitment, Retention, and Culture is essential for attracting and retaining top talent, and for fostering an inclusive culture that aligns with the values of the Upper Darby School District. Our main responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, implementing retention plans, and leading diversity initiatives. Additionally, we promote alignment with our District values, drive diversity and inclusion efforts, organize employee engagement programs, and ensure transparent communication across the organization. Strategically, our department aims to maintain a diverse talent pipeline, reduce turnover, and build a transparent, inclusive culture. To achieve these goals, we collaborate closely with all central administration departments and external partners.
