The Districtwide Equity Leadership Team consists of one (1) member from the Building Equity Leadership Team from each school and two (2) members from the high school's team.  This team serves as the primary liaison between the Supervisor of Equity and the Building Equity Leadership Team.  Each member of the team brings expertise and perspective about their individual schools culture and climate and their work on equity initiatives.  Members of the team, along with Principals, are tasked with being the leaders for the equity initiatives at their respective schools.  The Districtwide Equity Leadership Team provides district training once a month for schools across the District.  Each month, two schools facilitate equity training and provide resources to support teachers and staff for the purpose of uniifying our equity initiative.
