Title IX Policy

  • The Upper Darby School District is an equal-opportunity educational institution and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability or limited English proficiency in its activities, programs or employment practices as required by Title VI, Title IX, and Section 504 in accord with Policy 103 - Discrimination/Title IX Sexual Harassment Affecting Students and Policy 104 - Discrimination/Title IX Sexual Harassment Affecting Staff.

     

    Policy 103.2 shall only be followed at district schools where the U.S. Department of Education has not been enjoined from enforcing the 2024 Title IX regulations effective on August 1, 2024.  The process in Attachment 3 shall be followed at the enjoined schools.  Enjoined schools are identified below:
